6.-10. mars 2006, week 10, there was an international conference here at Ranvik school. We played host to over 100 students from 10 different European countries. The purpose of the conference was to establish friendship, build networks, develope understanding of other languages, recognize differences and to experience and to learn.

Mr Sinisha from Sweden painted this beautiful painting for us. He was inspired by the Whaling monument in Sandefjord, and in the boat you can see the participating nations working together. Click on the picture to view a larger version. |
